Blocking Measurements: Width of pants across front at hips:16 (18) inches; across back: 17 (19) inches.
Materials: Reynolds Parfait (sport weight yarn) (30-gr, 120 yd ball), 4 balls all sizes.
1 yd 1/2 inch elastic. Elastic sewing thread.
Knitting Needles, No. 4 (3.5 mm) or size to obtain gauge.
Steel Crochet Hook, No. 1 (2.25 mm).
Gauge: 6 sts = 1 inch; 10 rows = 1 inch.
