Refunds and return policy varies based on pattern purchased and the reason for return. Please read information below to see applications. I want you to be happy with your purchase, it is very important to me! If you are not satisfied please contact me and I will do what I can to make things right!
Sewing Patterns
Sewing patterns come from various sources. Most patterns are uncut with factory folds. Some vintage patterns are cut. The condition of patterns will be clearly listed in the description. It is important to read the description as some images are from sold patterns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Patterns returned due to change of mind will receive refund of pattern cost but not shipping and must be in the same condition as received.
- If I make an error in the listing description you will receive a full refund of pattern and shipping.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If an order is rejected by you due to these fees a refund of item only will apply. Item must first be received by me and must be in the same condition as sent.
- Shipping times are guidelines and there may be delays if orders are held at customs or during holidays. A refund is not automatically given if past the shipping standard.
- Most orders are sent lettermail and do not have tracking, exceptions are larger orders. If you prefer tracking please ask before purchase and I can give a price.
- Once your return is received by me I will send you an email and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. It can take several days to appear.
Digital Patterns
Patterns are PDF files and you will need a program to read them; most times it will already on your computer. Adobe Reader is popular and available for free. There are others that can be found by searching the internet for PDF reader.
- There are no refunds on digital patterns as they cannot be returned once received and downloaded.
- All patterns are English only.
- I have digitally corrected any damage and retyped the instructions so that you have a clean, large text pattern to work from.
You are welcome to print the pattern for personal use or to make items to sell. Please do not sell, give for free, or redistribute the actual pattern file in any format.
