Simplicity 5803- Misses’ 1970s Vintage Blouse Sewing Pattern: Blouse V.1 with sweetheart neckline has front button closing and set-in ruffled sleeves. Top-stitched blouse V.2 and 3 with front seam interest has V shaped neckline, front button closing, forward shoulder seams, short set-in sleeves gathered to sleevebands and tie ends. Shorter length V.2 has straight lower edge. Longer length V.3 with heart shaped patch pockets has shaped lower edge.
