1970s Vintage Wintry Pullover Sweater and Hat Knitting Pattern: Pullover sweater has several pattern stitch sections separated by bands for interest. A matching hat pattern is included. Made with two strands throughout.

Women Sizes: 8-10. Changes for 12-14 and 16 are in parentheses.
Finished Measurements: Bust: 34 (37- 39 1⁄2) inches.
Back at underarm: 17 (18 1/2- 19 1/2) inches.

Materials: Coats and Clark’s Red Heart Wintuk 4-ply (worsted) (4-oz skein): 5 (5-6), and Red Heart Wintuk Sport Yarn (2-oz skein): 5 (5-6).
Knitting needles Nos. 8 and 10 or size to give gauge.

Gauge: 7 sts = 2 inches; 5 rows = 1 inch.
Quaker St Pat: 11 rows = 1 1/4 inch.
