Toddlers’ 1970s Vintage Bias Dress, Pinafore or Tunic and Trousers Sewing Pattern: Flared and bias-cut dress, with rounded collar, is fastened at back with buttons. The long sleeves, gathered into the armholes, are elasticized at wrists to form self frills. Collar and sleeves are edged with trimming. The sleeveless pinafore and tunic, trimmed with top-stitching, are gathered to lined yoke, which is button fastened on shoulders. The tunic has optional trimming around lower edge of skirt. The trousers are elasticized around waist.
