Child’s 1970s Vintage Dress, Jumper or Top and Blouse Sewing Pattern: V.1 or 3: blouse with front button closing, has Peter Pan collar, set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings, forming self ruffles and optional lace edging trim. V.1: has long sleeves. V.2: has short sleeves. Dress or jumper V.1 and 2 or top V.3 with skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline, slightly lowered round neckline and topstitching, fastens at side openings with self fabric band and tie ends.
