1960s Vintage Tailored Hat Knitting Pattern: Easy tailored hat in stockinette stitch, is knit flat with seam in back. A turned up brim and ribbon trim finishes it off nicely.

Size: To fit 21 – 22 inch head size.

Materials: Beehive Craft Yarn (bulky), 4 (50 gr, 17 yds) balls .
Two No. 5 (5 1/2 mm) knitting needles or size for given tension.
Length of grosgrain ribbon for head band.
Tailored bow for trim.

Tension: 7 1/2 sts and 9 1/2 rows = 2 inches in stocking stitch.
