Jules – The Finicky Stitcher
Hello and welcome to The Finicky Stitcher! My focus is digital crochet and knitting patterns, vintage and modern sewing patterns, and supplies.
I am Jules and I live in my cozy home in northern Ontario with my partner. I’m the mom of two grown kids, a daughter and son, and I am a new gran to sweet Bella!
I’ve always enjoyed creating, to me there is no better feeling than seeing a finished product and knowing that it began with an idea and came from my hands! I have done everything from crocheting to woodworking at different times in my life. Focusing on learning new skills and combining the ones I already had. Along with my hobbies I took graphic design in college which was the beginning of my printable shop! The ability to work from home, doing something I really enjoy, worked out well for me.
I opened my first Etsy shop in 2008 also called ‘The Finicky Stitcher’ for handmade crochet items and have opened other shops for patterns and supplies since then. I still maintain Etsy shops but prefer to offer options for buyers. I provide the same good service wherever you prefer to shop!
