- Payment is by Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal.
- The order total, including shipping costs if applicable, will be shown before entering payment information.
- I ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada!
Digital Patterns
- Patterns are instant digital downloads.
- Patterns are digital PDF files and are available to download once payment is completed.
- There are no shipping charges since you will download your purchase.
Sewing Patterns
- Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post.
- Most single patterns are sent letter mail and multiple patterns are sent either light packet or small packet depending on the weight and thickness.
- I ship orders within 24 hours of payment Sunday to Thursday. Orders made on Friday and Saturday will ship on Monday morning and you can expect to receive your order in 5 to 12 business days. Delivery standards are set by Canada Post.
- Postal service or customs delays cannot be controlled. Please contact me if you are concerned about your order and I’ll do what I can to determine the delay.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Shipping costs for sewing patterns are shown in the following table. They vary depending on weight. When multiple patterns are ordered the weight is added together and may cost less. You will see the actual shipping cost before entering payment information. If you have questions please contact me and I will try to help.
