50s Flower Trimmed Halter Crochet Pattern, Vintage Back Wrap Top

1950s Vintage Flower Trimmed Halter Top Crochet Pattern: Halter top is done in an easy ripple pattern. It wraps and buttons at the back waist to assure smooth fit at the waist. The edges are trimmed with flower medallions. This was a mail order pattern Alice Brooks Design 7362.

Size: 32-34 and 36-38 bust.

Materials: Size 32-34: 4 (175 yard) balls of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or 4 (2 ounce) balls of 3-ply Fingering Yarn.
No. 7 steel hook (1.65 mm)
Size 36-38: 5 (175 yard) balls Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or 5 (2 ounce) balls 3-ply Fingering Yarn
No. 5 steel hook (1.9 mm)
3 yards of 1/4 inch tape or ribbon in matching color or flesh color
Button 1/2 inch in diameter.

Gauge: For size 32-34: 6 patterns = 5 1/2 inches; 4 rows = 1 inch.
For size 36-38: 1 pattern = 1 inch; 11 rows = 3 inches.
