1980s Vintage Mosaic Tile Motif Rug Crochet Pattern: Mosaic tile rug, made of squares in two sizes that are worked in single crochet resembling stockinette stitch and joined with a decorative whipstitch.

Rug Size: About 40 x 56 inches without fringe.

Materials: Aunt Lydia’s Heavy Rug Yarn (bulky weight)(rayon/cotton),
14 (2.5-ounce/70-yard) skeins antique gold (main color – MC),
6 skeins each sunset (S), red (R) and brown (B);
Crochet hook size K (7 mm) or size to give correct gauge;
Tapestry needle.

Gauge: 3 V sts = 1 inch; 3 rnds = 1 inch.
Large square measures 7 1/4 inches square.
Small square measures 3 1/2 inches square.
