1980s Vintage Nordic Afghan Knitting Pattern: Bright as a flame and just as warm, this spectacular afghan is knit in Nordic patterns with double strands of yarn. Knit all in one piece with double strands.

Size: Approx 54 x 68 inches.

Materials: Knitting worsted weight yarn, 4-ounce skeins:
8 skeins mulberry (M),
6 skeins bright watermelon (W),
4 skeins each of flame (F) and navy (N),
2 skeins lilac (L).
Circular knitting needle, 36 inch length, No. 11.

Gauge: 7 sts = 2 inches; 4 rows = 1 inch (double strand).
